BOOKING INFORMATION
Discounts are not available for online reservations. Because discounts require proof of eligibility, all discounts are available at walk-in. CMTM offers a number of discounts to reduce the price of admission. Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility at check-in. Most discounts do not apply to block-out dates and special events.
This webform is for prepaid or logged-in member reservations only. Members, you can use the sign-in button at the top right of this page to receive your 100% member discount ahead of time!
If you have a prepaid admit one paper pass, please note that you can email boxoffice@kitetails.org or call 828-1234 ext. 1 if you would prefer to make a reservation.
If you are unable to enter your desired number of tickets, that means there are tickets available for that date/time, but not enough to complete your requested order. If the system gives a “sold out” error when you attempt to put tickets in your cart, that means tickets are currently sold out for this event. Please restart the selection process to find another day/time with availability, or refresh the page to check for availability due to canceled tickets.
If your party is larger than 15 people, you will need to contact our booking team at booking@kitetails.org for availability at least one week in advance of your planned visit.
Online ticket sales end 1 hour after the start of the time slot, or when the session sells out. By reserving tickets, you are agreeing to follow our health & safety guidelines and our rules of admission.
