BOOKING INFORMATION
If you are planning to make use of discounted admission of any sort or would like to pay cash, please plan to purchase your tickets upon arrival at the Museum and Theatre. This webform is for prepaid or logged-in member reservations only. Members, you can use the sign-in button at the top right of this page to receive your 100% member discount ahead of time!
If you are unable to enter your desired number of tickets, that means there are tickets available for that date/time, but not enough to complete your requested order. If the system gives a “sold out” error when you attempt to put tickets in your cart, that means tickets are currently sold out for this event. Please restart the selection process to find another day/time with availability, or refresh the page to check for availability due to canceled tickets.
If your party is larger than 15 people, you will need to contact our booking team at booking@kitetails.org for availability at least one week in advance of your planned visit.
Online ticket sales end 1 hour after the start of the time slot, or when the session sells out. By reserving tickets, you are agreeing to follow our health & safety guidelines and our rules of admission.
