TICKETING FAQS
WALK-IN AVAILABILITY: Walk-in tickets are available at the start of each hour to assist visitors looking to pay with cash, use a discount, or make an unplanned visit. On our busiest days, walk-in visitors may be asked to wait or return for a later time slot.
DISCOUNTS: This web form is for prepaid or logged-in member reservations only. Hoping to use a discount? Because all discounts require proof of eligibility, they are only available at walk-in. To see a list of eligible discounts, please visit: https://www.kitetails.org/plan-your-visit.
REFUNDS: Refunds or reschedule requests require 24 hours notice.
CASH: Cash purchases are not available for online reservations. Please plan to walk in!
TICKET AVAILABILITY: Online ticket sales end one hour after the visit starts or when the time slot sells out.
ERROR: If you can't enter your desired number of tickets, there aren't enough available; if you receive a "sold out" error, the event is fully booked. Please check another time or refresh the page to check for cancellations.
PARTIES OF 15+: If your party is larger than 15 people, please contact CMTM’s booking team at booking@kitetails.org at least one week in advance of your planned visit.
NO UNACCOMPANIED ADULTS: All parties must include at least one child and one adult.
1 AND UP: General admission applies to everyone one year or older. Babies 11 months or younger do not need to reserve a ticket.
