Virtual Theatre Fest: The Legend of Candyland

A Mini Virtual Festival of original plays written by young Maine playwrights during the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine’s 10 Day Playwriting Challenge. The festival will take place over three evenings and the plays will be read by adult actors in the community and alumni of the Children’s Theatre of Maine and the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine.

THE LEGEND OF CANDYLAND by Elias Emerson

When a Dragon begins to terrorize the land, the residents of Candyland aren't worried- they know that Unicorn will save them with her magical rainbow powers. What they don't know is that Unicorn's powers have stopped working! Will Unicorn be able to find another way to save her friends, or will the Dragon and his army of zombie gummy bears win the day?
