Gather Round Concert: Namory Keita African Drumming
November 18th from 2-2:30pm in Maddy's Theatre
 
Namory Keita is a Master Drummer from West Africa, with a unique style and wealth of traditional knowledge from villages of Guinea. As a Master Drummer, Namory Keita is a teacher, performer, and drum maker. He is based in Portland, ME and Sangbaralla, Guinea.
 
This will be our second time hosting Namory Keita at the Museum & Theatre and we are thrilled to host him at our new building. This concert is free to the public and generously made possible by the Onion Foundation. Please note parking is metered on Thompson's Point.
